Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

By booking with Awake Dreaming Photography, you agree to the services outlined in your selected photography package. Details including session length, deliverables, turnaround time, and pricing will be confirmed prior to your session.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due by [1 days] before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least [48 hours / 24 hours] notice. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable once to a new date within [X months], subject to availability.

Awake Dreaming Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions.

4. Creative Control

Clients acknowledge that photography is an art form. Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion. Editing style, composition, and creative direction reflect the photographer’s brand and portfolio.

5. Image Delivery

Final images will be delivered via online gallery within approximately [2-4 weeks]. RAW files are not included.

6. Usage & Copyright

Awake Dreaming Photography retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use requires written permission.

7. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Clients acknowledge that photography sessions may take place at various indoor or outdoor locations, which may include uneven terrain, natural elements, urban environments, or other uncontrolled conditions.

By booking a session, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, or falls

• Weather-related conditions

• Environmental hazards

• Interaction with third parties at public locations

[Awake Dreaming Photography] is not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss sustained during a photography session, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors or guests accompanying them.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
